We test Face ID, cameras, speakers, and touch before starting. This confirms what's working so we can verify everything after. Takes 2-3 minutes.
Screen removal
Pentalobe screws out, gentle heating to soften adhesive, careful separation. The 14 Pro Max has a particularly strong seal — rushing this step cracks the back glass.
Sensor transfer
The critical step. We transfer the Face ID sensor array, proximity sensor, and speaker mesh to your new display. This requires precision — it's why cheap repairs often break Face ID.
New display installation
New OLED panel installed, cables connected, waterproof seal applied. We use OEM-grade adhesive that maintains water resistance.
