Common Issues We Fix
Won't Power On
No response when pressing power. Usually L1-L2 power circuit issue. Often a simple fix despite the scary symptoms.
Liquid Damage
Coffee, water, wine spills. Time-sensitive — faster response means better chances. Often repairable if caught early.
No Display / Backlight
Screen stays black or very dim. Often backlight circuit failure (L3) rather than display itself. Much cheaper to fix.
USB Ports Not Working
One or all USB-C/Thunderbolt ports dead. Usually USB controller failure (L3). Common on 2016-2019 models.
